Our machines come with a 1-year warranty. This ensures coverage for a full year from your purchase date. The warranty covers both mechanical parts (such as bearings, rollers, reductors) and electrical parts (such as VFDs, PLC, motors)
- Who handles the installation of the machines?
There’s no need to worry about installation. Our machines arrive fully assembled and are ready for immediate use right out of the box. You can have the wiring and plumbing done, plug them in and start operating them without any complicated setup.
Customization and Support
- Are any customizations possible for the machines?
Absolutely. We can perform customizations according to your specific requirements. We’re committed to adapting our machines to meet unique operational needs or specialized cleaning challenges you might have.
- What support is available for malfunctions, and are spare parts provided?
In the event of a malfunction, we offer prompt remote support to guide you through troubleshooting. Many common issues can often be resolved with assistance from a local electrician. Should a spare part be necessary, we will promptly dispatch it directly to you, minimizing downtime.

Yes, our machines are highly versatile. They are expertly designed to wash all types of carpets, including different materials like wool and handmade, as well as thick shag carpets, ensuring a thorough yet gentle cleaning process for each.
- How many operators are required to run the machine?
Operating our machines is designed for maximum efficiency and ease. Only two persons is sufficient to manage the entire dusting, washing and wringing processes.
- What ergonomic benefits do your machines offer operators, and how do they reduce physical strain?
Our machines are fully automatic, meaning there’s no physical strain involved for the operator during use. Their design prioritizes ease of handling and minimizes manual effort, contributing to a more comfortable and efficient working experience.
Other Applications
- Have customers discovered any unexpected uses for the machine beyond carpet cleaning?
While some customers have experimented using our machines for items like blankets and various mats, we must emphasize that we do not recommend these applications. The machines are specifically engineered and optimized solely for carpet washing, and using them for other materials may not be favorable.
