Automatic rug washing machine ER 5200 is the largest rug cleaning machine we produce as one of our standard models. It has maximum carpet width of 5.2 meters, 17 feet, and either 4+4=8 disc brushes or 6+6=12 disc brushes, depending on the model. It is used right after dusting of the rugs through automatic rug duster.
This commercial rug washing machine is produced for extremely large rugs such as 5 by 6 meters, 5 by 8 meters and even 5 by 12 meters. It is also possible to wash multiple rugs side by side like in our other professional rug washing machines.
The rugs would be first placed in a large tub (this tub is much larger in capacity compared to ER 4200 or ER 3200 rug washing machine models, not only in width but also in length) Once the rugs are soaked, they are ready for washing process in rug washer. The process works the same like in all our industrial rug cleaning machines. First the rugs will be brushed while the carpet shampoo is being applied and then rinsed with high pressurizer system. As in all our are rug washing machines, all processes are automatic and requires very little intervention from operators.
ER 5200 rug washer is produced completely from 304 grade stainless steel. It has high resistance to corrosion, especially caused by water and chemicals used in rug cleaning such as rug shampoo, caustic soda and bleach. Compared to hot dipped galvanised steel or epoxy coated steel made rug washers, it has much higher lifespan.
ER 5200 rug washing machine comes with a list of accessories. 1 unit large rug tub to soak the rugs, 1 unit 150 bar high pressurizer pump, 2 rug carts, one large and one medium size, to move rugs around the shop.
